Dr. Ed Jacobs and Dr. Chris Schimmel

Drs. Ed Jacobs and Chris Schimmel have been involved in the development of impact therapy for more than 15 years. Impact therapy is an active, multi-sensory, creative, theory-driven approach to counseling. They have presented more than 250 workshops nationwide on the topic. Dr. Ed Jacobs has been involved for more than 25 years in writing and presenting regarding group counseling. He has two books and numerous chapters and articles pertaining to group counseling. Also he’s presented more than 150 workshops (50 or more with Dr. Chris Schimmel) on group counseling.
